Biography
Vladimir Smushkevich was born in Magnitogorsk (Russia) in 1962. Studied art at the local Pedagogical Institute and at the Art Department of Pedagogical University in Moscow. Dedicated himself to painting and computer animation. Smushkevich immigrated to Israel in 1990. He is a member of the Israel Painters and Sculptors Association and of the Safed Artists’ Colony. He teaches art and computer graphics at the Tel-Hai and Safed Colleges.
